“Everything we have has come from You, and we give You only what You first gave us!” (I Chronicles 29:14, NLT)
Give HereGod promises blessing to those who honor Him through obedient and generous giving. Scripture teaches that we are to give back to God freely and faithfully from all He has entrusted to us, trusting Him to respond with His gracious provision. When we support the Lord’s work, we are not giving something that originated with us—we are returning to Him what has always belonged to Him. Everything we possess, and everything we hope to receive, comes from God. He is the source and supplier of all things. Therefore, the Bible calls us to place Him first in every area of our lives, including our stewardship, acknowledging Him as our Provider and sustaining Lord.
